By using the feedback provided to me by my supervising teachers I was able to adjust my teaching  to incorporate new styles and strategies and achieve better outcomes.

 

Thjis kind of feedback is crucial at all stages in a teachers career, as it provides insight, clarity and help improving any areas which may need improving. This kind of feedback also allows teachers to find and share their strongest characteristics, allowing them to become a better teacher and one who is able to share this knowledge with their colleagues.
